These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MaybeReal mobile application (the “App”), provided by Cerebri Virtual Corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1Service description
MaybeReal allows you to upload images and apply AI-powered transformations such as enhancement, upscaling, colorization, restoration, and various filters or effects. The exact features may change over time.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3Account and security
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- •You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access at maybereal.app@gmail.com.
4Your content and license
4.1 Your content
- •You remain the owner of your Content.
- •You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights.
4.2 License you grant to us
By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- •Host, store, process, and display your Content as necessary to provide features.
- •Send your Content to external AI service providers to generate requested outputs.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- •Upload any Content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
- •Upload Content that violates the rights of others.
- •Create or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors or any other illegal content.
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- •Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the service.
6Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Payment and Billing
- •Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- •Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

Credit packs are consumable, non-refundable. Credits do not expire.
7Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as Supabase, RevenueCat, and external AI service providers (Fal.ai, Replicate, ByteDance) for image processing. Your use may be subject to their terms and policies.
8Intellectual property
The App, including its design, interface, features, and underlying software, is owned by Cerebri Virtual Corporation or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
9Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet all of your expectations.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerebri Virtual Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.
12Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
