I have an issue with my subscription or a payment

All purchases and subscriptions for MaybeReal are managed by the store where you installed the app:

  • On iOS (Apple devices) — subscriptions are managed by Apple. Check your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions or visit:

  • On Android — subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions to manage or review your subscription.

I did not receive my credits after a purchase

First, make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to buy the subscription or credits. Then:

  • Open the app and wait a few seconds on the home screen.
  • If the credits are still missing, try restarting the app.
  • If the problem remains, contact us with:

    • a screenshot of your purchase receipt from the App Store or Google Play, and
    • the email address used in the app.

The app crashes or a feature does not work

Please try the following steps:

  • Close the app completely and open it again.
  • Check that you are using the latest version of MaybeReal from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Restart your device.
  • If the issue continues, contact us with:

    • Your device model (iPhone / Android phone) and OS version.
    • The version of the app (visible in the Settings screen).
    • A short explanation of the steps to reproduce the problem.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your store account:

  • On iOS: Open the Settings app > tap your name > Subscriptions > select MaybeReal > Cancel Subscription.
  • On Android: Open the Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select MaybeReal > Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data directly from the app. Open Settings in MaybeReal and use the Delete account button.

If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by contacting us.

Please send your request from the email address linked to your account so that we can identify you correctly.
